AVEREGAN'S MELIA

At 15 years of age and 10 babies we have retired Melia from our breeding program. She has been monumental in our herd development and she now gets to relax and take on the role of lawn ornament and grandmother. We love her so much

SHE DID IT AGAIN.....SUPREME HUACAYA, at the Canadian Eastern Futurity.....

Melia is spectacular. She is covered from head to toe in curls, she is super dense and has great fineness and handle. I though Lyric was nice! She has blown me away with her boxy little frame, perfect conformation and AMAZING fleece. We are very proud of Shamroc and we are excited to see how her fleece progresses as she matures. AND she will DEFINITELY be in our 2012 show string. Melia's micron count came in and WOW!!!! She's just as nice as her sister! With an amazing micron of 15.8 4.2 26.3 and a CF of 99.0 and a Curve of 44.5. Melia won SUPREME FEMALE at the 2012 Navan Fair with judge Kevin O'Leary. We are very impressed with our Sham girl and she WON'T be going anywhere anytime soon!
AND AGAIN! Melia took Supreme Huacaya at the Canadian Eastern Futurity. We can't believe our little girl has gone so far, and it makes us so so happy to own this amazing little gem.

YES! IT HAS HAPPENED! MELIA HAS DELIVERED HER RESOLUTE BABY AND NEEDLESS TO SAY WE ARE AWE-STRUCK BY THIS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING LITTLE GIRL! That's right you heard me, Melia gave us an absolutely adorable and spectacular little white girl named fittingly of Marina. Here at Averegan, we don't breed for white, HOWEVER, little Marina has certainly fit her way into our program by her immense amount of curly's and a phenotype that follows her mom to a T. She is a farm favourite by far and is immediately noticed out in the field not only for her colour but by the coverage, crimp and beautiful frame she possesses. Needless to say we are definitely impressed and happy with Melia and Marina. Watch for this little gem in showrings everywhere, we're hoping she'll follow in her moms footsteps.

2018 another girl! The fiber on this little sweetheart is unbelievable, sheared at a month old and now in Jan she looks like a bear, she is so covered in superfine fleece.

2019 Melia delivers a gorgeous fawn male out of Thunderjam. this little man is the spitting image of Melia when she was a cria.
She has been rebred to MFI &TNT Peruvian Foundation for 2020. this is one exciting match.

2020 Melia has delivered a STUNNING fawn male out of Foundation and we couldn’t be more thrilled, he is incredible looking and the shine he has even in this dry summer is off the charts
She has been rebreed to our Resolute son Kash for a 2021 cria

2021 another gorgeous female, from Kash, white, adorable and sweet as anything I’m in love with her already
